Excellence Initiative

The Excellence Initiative is an addition to the weekend report and is included in the EZRA program. The initiative will help the ministry and make it stronger and more effective. This checklist is an objective and subjective tool that each team can use to calibrate their actions to ensure a successful weekend. This is a voluntary program and each part of our ministry, Kairos Inside, Kairos Outside and Torch, will have their own checklist.
